There’s a shift in the air. Summer is here, another school year is over, and the sun is shining! The summer is a perfect time to plan some rest, relaxing, and remember to focus on Alignment.
Sometimes life gets so busy we forget about Alignment. What’s your primary thought been today? What’s been your predominant feeling? If we did a gut check, what deep seated beliefs are rumbling in your belly?
Let’s commit to a dose of clarity on our thoughts, feelings and beliefs! Here are 3 questions to help you align yourself for more health and happiness!
- The belief that serves me best about being happy and healthy right now is?
Example: I am in control of all my thoughts and beliefs and I choose happy healthy freeing thoughts and feelings each and every day.
- What are three areas you can consciously appreciate in order to be happier and healthier?
- Do you believe all is well, even when I can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel?
Take a moment to create your own healthy and happy thoughts that lead to better feelings. You and your life are worth it!
Also remember to take some time out for summer fun. Try something new and different mixed in with the activities, hobbies, and experiences that you know you love.
