In 2012, I was on my way to Hawaii when a mentor Tanya asked me if I had ever read Dr. Joe’s Vitality’s book “Zero Limits.” I had told her that I hadn’t and she proceeded to tell me a story about a psychiatrist that healed criminally insane patients. I was immediately intrigued, ordered the book on amazon and planned on reading the book during my long flight. Several days before my trip I decided to sneak a peek and before you know it I had read the whole book.
As a therapist I was amazed at the thought of a psychiatrist healing criminally and mentally ill patients. After all they weren’t only diagnosed with a serious illness, they had committed horrendous crimes. Unspeakable crimes that would make you cringe. As a LCSW (Licensed Certified Social Worker) for 30 years with my Phd in Social Work I started to wonder, if a psychiatrist could heal criminally insane patients in a mental ward in Hawaii, how could I also get Radical Change for my clients with the Healing Power of Ho’oponopono? For me step 1 was to learn everything I could about Ho’oponopono. I reread and studied Dr. Joe’s book and researched everything I could on Ho’oponopono. Step 2 was start sharing this amazing little prayer, mantra, process or technique with everyone. The truth is it doesn’t matter what you call it, the order you say it in or whether or not you can even pronounce it right. What matters is whether or not you are open enough to try it, remain open and expect Great Big Massive Changes too happen. Let me show you how easy it is to get started, just say the following 4 phrases in any order either out loud or quietly to yourself. Say the phrases as often as possible in any order.
