How are you doing with your higher vibrational thoughts and feelings? In our last newsletter, I encouraged you to decide what kind of summer you want to have. Today I would like you to think much bigger. Let’s do what I call a “Life Check In!

  1. These days how are you feeling about:
    • Yourself
    • Your life
    • Your key relationships in life
    • Your job, commitments, daily activities
  2. Are you more satisfied or unfulfilled?
  3. Are you feeling more fulfilled or frustrated?
  4. Are you daydreaming about your bigger, brighter, better future or like the song from Les Miserable are you thinking life has killed the dream I know?

No worries if you answered some of these questions in a negative way, I’ll just remind you of the solution we focused on last newsletter.

The more we focus on what we want with our thoughts, feelings, and strong beliefs in our gut the better chances we have of attracting what we want. What kind of bigger, better, brighter future do you want to have? Who do you want to enjoy your dream life with? What experiences would make you over the moon happy? What good feeling intentions are you committed to?

It’s a funny how as humans we hear and learn something useful and often forget to reuse what works! This week I encourage you to think about three things you have learned that help you and serve you well.

Here are some suggestions from our Life of More Program. (If you have taking any of our courses or engaged in some coaching with us the following suggestions should refresh your memory. Have fun with this – don’t beat yourself up).

  • Take a breath of appreciation when something really good happens
  • Use the Empowering Triangle when you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed
  • Always be aware of your thoughts and feelings because The Law of Attraction is always working
  • Feeling a little fearful, then check in with your inner child. Is she/ he feeling neglected or frightened?
  • Not feeling up to a challenge or an experience; get clear with your clarity versus contrast exercise
  • Focus deliberately on what you want to happen. Allow yourself to know why you want something to happen and feel as if it already happened
  • Check in with your allowing muscle. Are you vibrating high thoughts and feelings and then accidentally not allowing what you asked for because of mixed feelings about your worth or what you deserve?
