I am beyond excited to share that next week I am celebrating our Radical Change Team by Masterminding in Arizona together! I have some fun plans, powerful material to share, vortex energy experiences, as well as some surprises up my sleeve. But today I wanted to take some time out not only to introduce my Radical Change Team but express the importance of having a team. As I believe having support, love, encouragement, and strength is always the key to success.
Whether or not you have a business, I wanted to stress the importance of having a team. Your team are the people you turn to when you need advice, or even when you need to celebrate a huge win! Imagine having a team that not only helps you at your lowest but can be there to acknowledge you at your best.
That’s the power of a team; unity.
As you know I always like to challenge you, for today I would like to challenge you to identify where is your team? Who has your back? Who can you always count on or turn to?
- For some this might be your family and guess what, THAT IS PERFECT!
- For some this might be your friends and guess what, THIS IS PERFECT TOO!
If any of you are looking at your life and thinking you do not have a team, guess what it is never to late to build one. I would love for you to take some time and think about, what would it take for you to have support? What would it take for you to know you are worth being supported?
Remember…Building a team = Support.
As you look for your team, I wanted to tell you a little about my team; also known as my Thursday Family. Wow has this year gone so fast! I had no idea what to expect when I had three members of our community say YES to themselves and invest in becoming my Radical Change Coaches. I have not only watched them become resourceful, powerful, and authentic coaches, but I have also watched them personally transform in front of my eyes.
I want to share with my community their transformation and show how they are ready to go out and change the world one person at a time.
I am excited to share that I have dedicated a part of my remaining Voice America Radio Shows to introduce my community to our New Radical Change Coaches. I can go on and on about how amazing each one is and what they bring to the coaching world, but I couldn’t sum it up for a short newsletter!
