This past weekend my team and I had a chance to attend the Gaia’s Women Wellness Conference locally at the Melville Marriot. It was amazing to meet so many women who are sharing their gifts with other women; wanting to have an impact in this world. I had the opportunity and the honor to be the Keynote Speaker! The name of the talk was More is Possible: Emotional Strength No Matter What.

It felt really good to invite 120 people to think about what is working in your life and what is not working in your life? Through the years as a therapist and a coach it is always rewarding to watch people move out of pain and grow personally and professionally. However, as a Radical Change Coach it’s sometimes hard to find the words to describe how we help everyday people get the big changes they need, want and deserve!

During my talk I realized the therapist in me wants everyone to get what they need, the coach in me wants everyone to get what they want and the Radical Change Expert in me wants everyone to get what they deserve!

What’s working in your life?
What’s not working in your life?
What could you do change what’s not working?
What are you willing to commit to, in order to change what’s not working?
Are you willing to commit to your own emotional strength?

Emotional Strength is when you know that you can handle anything from a place of strength not weakness. When we learn to handle everything and anything from a place of strength, it leaves less opportunity to come from a state of confusion or doubt!

Being emotionally strong helps us avoid negative feelings, thoughts and moods! It helps us love more deeply and live more freely.

Being emotionally strong starts with being honest with yourself and admitting what needs to change from the inside out! Is it your thoughts, feelings or beliefs? Could you use some new understandings about love, life and relating that would serve you better?

If you would like to hear the talk and learn more about how to become emotionally stronger I will be hosting a replay of the talk this Saturday. I wanted to let my community in on this opportunity to hear my talk about Emotional Strength.

Check out our Newsletter for all the details about this encore presentation on 9/22/2018.

Keep up the Strength!
